Guests can enjoy curated offerings at Hola Zero Sugar Café and Optimum Strength, combining nourishment with movement in a unique setting.
At Hola Zero Sugar Café, participants can indulge in a Healthy Ramadan Iftar priced at AED 89 per person. This six-course meal features fresh juice, dates and fruits, lentil soup, signature Ramadan bites, a main dish with Protein Khaboos, dessert, and complimentary Arabic coffee or karak when pre-booked. Additional offers include a complimentary dessert for dining guests who spend AED 120 or more, as well as a Light Suhoor Package at AED 65, which includes a drink, a chicken or paneer wrap, and a chia Greek yogurt bowl. As part of their initiative to promote an active lifestyle, visitors who complete 10,000 steps in a day can receive a free coffee at the café.
At Optimum Strength, a women-focused fitness center, complimentary Pilates classes will be offered every Sunday at 1 PM, with limited slots available exclusively for females. In addition to these free sessions, guests can also book personalized Reformer Pilates training or join small group classes led by certified instructors. "Through mindful dining and purposeful movement, Times Square Center offers a Ramadan experience rooted in balance where wellness becomes part of everyday life throughout the holy month," the center stated.
