Ishan Nagpal will serve as the Food & Beverage Manager at The Canvas Hotel Dubai – MGallery Collection, while Khaled Kamal takes on the same role at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf.
Ishan Nagpal brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with prestigious brands. He will supervise four key venues at The Canvas Hotel, which include the award-winning Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor. His prior roles include Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at WANE Group and leadership positions at FIVE Hotels and Resorts, The Oberoi Group, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Ishan's approach aims to combine operational excellence with memorable guest experiences.
Khaled Kamal, with over 20 years of experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality, has held leadership roles at notable chains including Accor and Marriott International. At DoubleTree by Hilton, he will manage various dining venues, including Jadaf Lokal and Str.Eat CultureResto Bar. His latest position was as Head of Food & Beverage at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, where he successfully led a large team across multiple outlets.
