Kerry will present a dynamic showcase of food innovation at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, transforming the exhibition floor into Kerry Unboxed from November 4 to 6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Hall 7 – A7-4. This immersive experience will highlight the intersection of taste, technology, and the journey from foodservice to retail through a series of interactive demonstrations and trend-forward concepts.
The Kerry Unboxed theme will celebrate innovative food and beverage ideas drawn from global trends and local flavors. Highlights will include Barista Live Sessions featuring the signature Gold Brew Qahwa, a unique blend of Arabic coffee and lemonade finished with gold shimmer. Additionally, attendees can look forward to Chef Live Sessions where popular global flavors are translated into creative offerings such as Truffle Parmesan-inspired Black Coated Chicken, tender short ribs in spicy-sweet gochujang titled 'Oh My Goshujang!', Nashville Chicken Potato Chips, and a Hot Honey Power Bar that highlights the integration of function and flavor.
At the heart of the booth lies the Immersive Storytelling Room, which presents three engaging narratives: kid-approved cheese snacks developed in partnership with KidZania, advanced beverage concepts, and World Cup-themed snack innovations. The collaborative efforts with KidZania also include the Kids Flavour Detective Co-Creation Workshop, which engages children in exploring the science of taste and informs flavor development with insights on preferences.
Kerry’s showcase will resonate with regional consumer insights, emphasizing the importance of taste and convenience. A report from PwC highlighted that taste is a top priority for 36% of consumers in the Middle East, with over half ordering takeaway or ready-made meals at least weekly. Kerry is committed to addressing these consumer needs through flavorsome and innovative offerings.
In addition, Professor Imed Gallouzi, Scientific Advisor to the Kerry Health and Nutrition Institute, will participate, delving into the company’s advancements in Smart Health. Notably, İnanç Işık, General Manager of Retail for Kerry Middle East, will join the Visionary Leaders panel at the FoodTech Summit on November 4, discussing transformative practices for food manufacturing.
