JA Lake View Hotel Celebrates Diwali with Unique Chocolate Menu

JA Lake View Hotel in Dubai is set to celebrate Diwali with an exquisite culinary experience called 'Diwali by Design', featuring a unique chocolate-infused set menu. This special event runs from October 17th to 21st, offering guests a delightful culinary journey crafted by Chef Vikas Khanna, Chef Ashish, and Forrey & Galland’s Master Chocolatier. Priced at AED 350 per person, the menu showcases a harmony of Indian flavors blended with artisanal elements.

The event captures the essence of Diwali by incorporating traditional gifting practices, with each evening’s dining experience presenting a selection of sweets and snacks inspired by the significance of the day. Kinara, celebrated for its fusion of traditional recipes and modern presentation, will be transformed into a luminous venue replete with marigolds and decorative lights, enriching the festive atmosphere.

“The collaboration with Kinara reflects a shared passion for craftsmanship and storytelling, where every dish and every chocolate is thoughtfully composed to celebrate flavour, tradition, and the joy of giving,” states a representative from Forrey & Galland.

Guests can look forward to a menu that showcases a variety of beautifully plated dishes, each infused with Forrey & Galland chocolate and artisanal ingredients such as halawa, mint, and pistachio. The meal begins with starters like Spiced Pumpkin & Cocoa Nib Cappuccino and Textures of Sabudana, leading to main course offerings that include Palak Methi Gosht and Murgh Makhani. A highlight of the dessert menu is the signature Masala Chocolate Mousse, which offers a delicious conclusion to the dining experience.

Every table will feature a rotating assortment of traditional treats and Forrey & Galland chocolates that honor the day's significance. On Dhanteras, for instance, diners will enjoy Chocolate Gold Bars with Dates Ganache, followed by Saffron Marigold-Infused creations on Diwali night. Each day of the celebration brings new flavors, culminating in a unique homage to this joyous festival.
