Viceroy’s Table Launches Festive Menu for Holiday Season

This December, Viceroy's Table invites patrons to indulge in its limited-edition Festive Menu, which draws inspiration from the winter feasts of colonial-era India, where British holiday traditions mingle with the vibrant spices of the subcontinent. Available from December 15 to 31, the menu redefines Christmas dining with a sophisticated Anglo-Indian flair.

The offerings feature traditional festive favorites such as Turkey Roulade with chestnut stuffing and cranberry jus, alongside Taar Gosht Lamb Chops marinated in Kashmiri spices. Guests can start their meal with rich Lobster Bisque or a refreshing Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad, while vegetarians can delight in the Beetroot Kebab with Avocado Crema or a classic Salmon Fillet served with a delicate beurre blanc. For dessert, the menu continues its homage to tradition with Sticky Toffee Pudding and a time-honored Plum Cake packed with warm spices and dried fruits.

To complement the culinary journey, Viceroy’s Table has curated a selection of festive beverages, including Mulled Wine infused with cinnamon, clove, and orange peel, as well as non-alcoholic options like the floral Midnight Bloom. Reflecting on the essence of Christmas, the beverage menu caters to both spirited and non-alcoholic preferences, with drinks like Pumpkin Spice Whiskey adding a warming touch to the festive experience.
