TUMBI Hotel Dubai The Palm, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is set to enhance its culinary offerings with the introduction of themed nights at Afia Restaurant, beginning on October 23, 2025. This initiative invites guests to indulge in global flavors through two distinct culinary experiences held every week.
Guests can look forward to experiencing two themed nights: "Flavors of Moscow" every Thursday and "Asia Unplugged" every Friday, with both events running from 7 p.m. and priced at AED 175 per person. This buffet dining experience aims to introduce diners to the rich culinary traditions and authentic tastes of Russia and Asia, crafted by the skilled culinary team led by Executive Chef Joseph Yohannan.
On Thursdays, the "Flavors of Moscow" night will showcase classic dishes such as Borscht Soup, Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Kiev, and traditional dumplings. Accompanying these entrees are authentic salads like Mimosa Salad and Selyodka Pod Shuboi, along with comforting desserts such as Apple Strudel, Kissel, and Black Forest Cake. As Chef Yohannan remarked, "Our goal is to deliver an authentic taste of home through every dish, allowing our guests to experience the warmth of Russian cuisine."
Fridays will be dedicated to "Asia Unplugged," where diners can embark on a culinary journey that highlights the diverse flavors of the Asian continent. The menu will feature an assortment of freshly prepared sushi, including California Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and Philadelphia Roll, along with dishes such as Kung Pao Chicken, Lamb Yellow Curry, Sweet & Sour Fish, and Chicken Teriyaki. Desserts will include Green Tea Crème Brûlée, Banana Shortcake, and Mango Sago, providing a sweet finish to the meal.
