Hong Kong, 17 March 2026 – The Langham Hotels and Resorts will launch themed Afternoon Tea sets at select locations around the globe this April to celebrate the release of The Langham Afternoon Tea Book. This publication unveils the recipes behind the hotel's most iconic sweet and savory offerings for the first time, aiming to both delight and inspire guests worldwide.

Published in February 2026 by White Lion Publishing, The Langham Afternoon Tea Book allows readers to recreate many hallmark dishes from The Langham's signature Afternoon Tea experience at home. The book includes beautifully illustrated recipes ranging from classic cucumber sandwiches and fresh scones to exquisite pastry creations. Additionally, a foreword by renowned chef Michel Roux Jr. is included, along with tea-pairing guidance and a section on patisserie basics, enabling readers to grasp the techniques essential to this enduring culinary tradition.
To coincide with the book launch, specific Langham properties will offer themed Afternoon Tea sets inspired by its recipes. These sets will feature one or more book items, supplemented with additional varieties of cakes, sandwiches, and scones.
