SHI, located at Bluewaters Island, Dubai, has unveiled new pricing for its Imperial Lunch, aimed at providing an accessible yet refined dining experience. This lunch offering is available from Monday to Friday, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and allows diners to select between three or four courses.
The Imperial Lunch menu features a variety of dim sum items including Chicken Sheng Jian Bao, Prawn Har Gau, and Mixed Mushroom Dumpling. Guests may also enjoy distinct maki options such as the Goma Dragon Roll, Spicy Crab Roll, and Spicy Sake Roll. For main courses, choices include Australian Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, Spicy Tiger Prawn with Curry Sauce, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Black Cod with Black Bean Sauce. To conclude the meal, diners can indulge in desserts like Pistachio Fondant and Banana Cake with Praline.
The new pricing structure sets the three-course menu at AED 135 and the four-course menu at AED 185, presenting a well-balanced option for weekday dining at a competitive price point.
“We aim to blend signature flavors with a refined setting overlooking the city,” said a representative from SHI.
