Dubai, UAE – 16th September 2026: RAW Coffee Company has unveiled PROOF Bakery, a new concept designed to enhance its specialty coffee and café offerings. Situated within RAW Café, PROOF presents guests with a variety of made-from-scratch breads and pastries, available for enjoyment on-site or for takeaway.
The bakery, launched this September, reflects the expertise of RAW’s in-house food and beverage team. It aims to strengthen the integration of coffee and food while allowing the company to maintain high standards in product quality and consistency. A notable feature of PROOF is its open design that provides customers a direct view into the baking process.
The initial menu features an assortment of items including sourdough and white loaves, brioche buns, various types of ciabatta, baguettes, butter, almond and chocolate croissants, as well as cinnamon buns and danishes. Plans are also underway to introduce regionally inspired baked goods that will adjust based on customer preferences.

In addition to the bakery, RAW Café has also been revitalized to create a more conducive work environment, particularly in the mezzanine area, enhancing the overall café experience for guests seeking space to work, meet, or relax.
