JA Lake View Hotel's Kinara by Vikas Khanna has announced the launch of its new quarterly dining series, Forgotten Flavours, which begins on October 3rd, 2025, with an event titled Utsav – Festivals of India. This unique culinary experience will feature a carefully curated menu crafted by Chef Vikas Khanna, complemented by grape pairings from Sula Wines and storytelling elements aimed at immersing guests in the rich cultural tapestry of Indian celebrations.
Kinara has earned a reputation as one of Dubai’s top Indian fine-dining venues, offering an environment steeped in the authenticity of Indian cuisine. The restaurant combines traditional recipes with innovative presentation, led by the culinary artistry of Chef Vikas Khanna. The Forgotten Flavours series aims to breathe new life into Indian culinary traditions, with each installment focusing on a distinct theme such as The Royal Kitchens of India and Forgotten Grains of India.
The inaugural edition, Utsav, coincides with Kinara's sixth anniversary and will showcase a multi-course dinner inspired by iconic Indian festivals. Guests will not only indulge in a delectable menu that reinterprets heritage recipes but will also have the opportunity to interact with Chef Vikas Khanna during the event. Each attendee will receive a special keepsake gift and a uniquely designed menu that narrates the stories and traditions behind the dishes served that evening.

The exclusive dining experience will be limited to just 60 guests, ensuring a personalized and intimate atmosphere. The multi-course dinner is priced at AED 650 per person and will commence at 7:30 PM.
