Starting on May 23, guests can enjoy this unique culinary offering every Saturday from 1 PM to 4 PM. In an exciting twist, the discount guests receive is tied to the outdoor temperature; at exactly 1 PM each Saturday, the recorded temperature will determine the percentage off the original brunch price of AED 495.
In a truly imaginative integration of Dubai’s summer heat, if the temperature reaches 40°C, diners will enjoy a 40% discount on their meal. This new brunch is designed for summer, featuring a fully air-conditioned terrace that overlooks the pool and beach, capturing the essence of a Riviera escape while keeping guests cool and comfortable.
The brunch menu features a variety of GITANO's beloved dishes, including Salmon Ceviche, GITANO Guacamole, Slow Cooked Short Rib Quesadillas, and Crispy Fish Tacos. Guests will enjoy a selection of sharing-style dishes and free-flowing beverages, culminating with the restaurant’s renowned Churros. A live DJ will also set the tone for a vibrant atmosphere, enhancing the brunch experience.
