Starting April 15, 2026, Chez Wam, located in the St Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, collaborates with CarniStore to launch Steak Frites Nights, a new dining event aimed at steak enthusiasts. This midweek offering will occur every alternate Wednesday, running through June 2026. The event is designed to showcase high-quality steak cuts paired with a relaxed yet refined dining atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy a carefully curated selection of steak cuts, including Flank Angus MB4 (200g) for AED 110, Tenderloin Angus MB4 (180g) for AED 160, and Ribeye Wagyu MB6–7 (280g) for AED 260. Each steak is served with a green salad, crispy French fries, and a choice of sauces, which include peppercorn, mustard cream & beef jus, and Béarnaise.
As an added touch, DJ-led music will enhance the vibrant setting at Chez Wam, evolving the evening from a delightful dining experience to a lively night out. The aim behind Steak Frites Nights is to celebrate quality food and music, creating a space that brings people together.
