In response to overwhelming popularity, CarniStore and Soul Kitchen have extended their collaboration with the addition of the ‘Carni Diem’ burger to Soul Kitchen's summer menu. This exciting monthly special will be available every Tuesday from June to August, following the initial success of its limited-time Tuesday series.
Originally conceived as a special offering, the Carni Burger quickly gained a loyal following among diners, leading the restaurants to retain it beyond its original scheduling. Crafted under the vision of Chef Margarita, the burger features CarniStore’s premium dry-aged blend of chuck, short rib, and brisket, creatively interpreted through Soul Kitchen’s emphasis on rich, layered flavors. The burger is presented in a soft potato bun, enhanced with CarniStore bacon jam, Irish cheddar, house-made tamarind and beef jus BBQ sauce, Japanese mayo, and crispy shallots, creating a harmonious blend of richness, sweetness, umami, and crunch.
"The result is a bold, textural burger that balances richness, sweetness, umami, and crunch, reflecting both CarniStore’s mastery of protein and Chef Margarita’s instinct for building depth and contrast in every bite," said a representative.
The Carni Burger is served with fries, priced at AED 119. Reservations are required for seating at Soul Kitchen, where guests can experience a vibrant culinary atmosphere.
