Dubai, UAE – CarniStore, a renowned premium butchery and smokehouse, has joined forces with Soul Kitchen, a unique restaurant-bar known for its cultural programming, to introduce ‘Carni Diem,’ a special dining series running every Tuesday for one month starting May 5.
This collaboration showcases a set menu priced at AED 175, crafted by Executive Chef Margarita Vaamonde. Designed specifically for this series, the menu emphasizes high-quality ingredients and innovative culinary techniques. Chef Margarita expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I love creating off-menu dishes, because it allows us to be playful and experimental outside of our regular menu. Working with suppliers like CarniStore who are renowned for their premium ingredients makes it easy to push boundaries.”
The highlight of the menu is a signature burger featuring CarniStore’s exclusive patty blend, which combines chuck, short ribs, and dry-aged brisket for a rich and flavorful experience. Guests will also enjoy Soul Kitchen fries accompanied by chipotle mayo, and a unique dessert of mini churros drizzled with salted caramel and topped with crispy bacon bits, served with cinnamon-labneh ice cream. Additionally, Alexy Haidar, the Group Beverage Manager at Soul Kitchen, has created a special cocktail called the Fig Situation, which blends fig leaf-infused rum, citrus cordial, and coconut-washed oolong tea, garnished with lemon-thyme meringue.
