CarniStore, a prominent online meat supplier in the UAE, has partnered with Moonrise, an esteemed chef’s table located at Eden House on Al Wasl Road, to introduce the first edition of the collaborative dining series, Moonrise & Friends. This initiative is designed to foster community connections through exceptional culinary experiences.
In light of recent events, Moonrise has temporarily paused its regular dining services. The restaurant is seizing the opportunity to transform its space into a platform for culinary collaborations, inviting various talents from the city to showcase their culinary artistry and creativity.
The inaugural event, Moonrise & Friends Volume 1, will feature a three-course dry-aged burger experience, spotlighting premium beef sourced through CarniStore’s meticulous processes. Central to this menu is the Moonrise Smash Burger, crafted from a blend of exclusive cuts, including a 21+ day dry-aged Angus brisket that promises a rich flavor profile and a delightful textural experience. This offering is complemented by indulgent sides and nostalgic elements that reflect Moonrise's commitment to enhancing classic dishes with high-quality ingredients.

The Moonrise & Friends Volume 1 experience will run from March 17 to March 31, offering limited seating each evening from 5 PM until late. Diners can enjoy this three-course dry-aged burger menu for AED 200 per person, with the option to purchase Perrier-Jouët champagne, cocktails, and mocktails separately.
