Akabeko Dubai Launches Spring Set Menu to Welcome the Season

Akabeko Dubai is embracing the arrival of spring with the unveiling of its new Spring Set Menu, available from February 17 through the end of March. This carefully curated menu reflects the seasonal transition, highlighting freshness, balance, and a thoughtful progression across each course.

The dining experience is priced at AED 642 per person and begins with a Hassun appetizer platter, showcasing a selection of delicacies designed to set the tone for the meal. Following this, guests will enjoy a Smoked Sushi Cup that adds layers of soothing smokiness and texture. The menu offers a choice of soup, preparing the palate for the dishes that follow.

Next, the Moriawase San Platter is served alongside banchan, encouraging diners to share and appreciate the intricate flavors and craftsmanship of the meal. Main course options include Japanese Kimchi Kuppa Risotto, Wagyu Cold Sesame Somen, or Wagyu Fried Rice with Green Mustard, each dish thoughtfully crafted to express the essence of the season while ensuring balance and depth. To conclude the experience, diners can select a dessert of their choice, offering a refined finish to the meal.
