Available daily from 12 PM to 5 PM, guests can select from two distinct lunch offerings— the Business Lunch priced at AED 160, featuring a refined three-course menu, or the Light Lunch at AED 120, which provides a more casual midday option. Both menus, crafted by Executive Culinary Director Samuele Crestale, showcase contemporary Italian-inspired dishes including Truffle Arancini, Mediterranean Sea Bass, and the signature 1927 Affogato.
Central to this new offering is The Listening Room, where exquisite meals are complemented by carefully curated music played through sophisticated Dolby Atmos sound systems. This innovative space enables guests to engage in business meetings, focus on work, or unwind, accompanied by a different musical theme or iconic artist each day.
The Listening Room features a weekly programme that highlights renowned artists: Mondays are dedicated to Madonna, Tuesdays showcase Coldplay, and Wednesdays feature P!NK. Other themes include Earth, Wind & Fire on Thursdays, iconic movie soundtracks on Fridays, and a nostalgic '80s soundtrack on Saturdays. Sundays conclude the week with music from David Gilmour of Pink Floyd.
